Is this weight loss plan effective?

I am 14 i weigh over 300 lbs. I am scared of health issues now and i want to act on it. However i need the weight off ASAP! I am going into volleyball clinic soon and i want to be shedding the weight as quick as possible. So what I was thinkin of doin is go on the HCG diet plan with drops not shots for about 45 days. then when the 45 day break comes up i want to go on weight watchers or ABC diet or some kind of diet. I need this weight off and im determined to get it off i cant live like this anymore, so please give me some help on what diets would be good in the break up sessions and such. i would like to weigh 150 by august… i honestly am willing to take risks here. also i was wondering if i lost that much weight that fast would i have a ton of excess skin, how can i prevent that like lotions or something. i appreciate your guys time :)
im an independent 14 year old i pay my way through most my stuff so a gym membership or trainer isnt an option. thanks though i would if i could
